This painting was of another trio who performed on the same night as Kill Deer. They were rather complex and used a fair bit of silence to complement the noise.

Kill Deer's music was clearly unified, with each instrumentalist adding dashes of their own individual expression. The color palette and scene suggest a groundedness and a playful simplicity.

This one started in a with a red cross in the middle of the canvas. From each inner corner of the cross came a different shape, and then the shape of a heart and its electromagnetic field. It soon became clear that the painting was of the three performers united by this central heart
