New cd
the latest iteration of the parlor mints troupe
Parlor Records upcoming release, the Crackalackerman led rendition of the Parlor Mints troupe, has been more than 3 years in the making. As of mid-July 2023 John and Kevin are working on audio engineering for a vinyl release. Most of the music on the CD was improvised and recorded, listened to and accepted, practiced, rehearsed, and recorded again. Some of the tracks are the original improvisation while others are the result of many attempted recordings.
Gratitude goes out to everyone who helped make it possible - to the musicians - Kevin Kelly, Danny Silversmith, Chris McWilliams, Will Heel, Ella Goodwin, Emma Diane, and Nico Wolo - to Ashlee Starr for making Parlor possible - to you, the audience - to you, the fans - to you, my family, for without roots there are no fruits - and to everyone who inspires me to create and pass it on.
